The front desk at Novaxpulse is staffed around the clock, every day of the year. For general enquiries, reservations, and event bookings, the fastest route is the form on this page or a direct email to hello@novaxpulse.site. If your question is time-sensitive — for example, a same-day booking or an early check-in request — please call us directly on +34 944 123 456 and ask for reception. We aim to respond to all written enquiries within four business hours during the working day (09:00–20:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 on weekends). We are based at Calle Iparraguirre 14, in Bilbao's Ensanche district, five minutes' walk from the Abando rail terminal and served by metro line 1 (Abando station). There is no dedicated hotel car park; covered parking is available two minutes away and we are glad to provide details on request.
